Apple Pickin'

We took a family outing last Sunday and went to McClure's Apple Orchard in Peru, IN.
We packed the Clark Family and our crew in the van, complete with lunches for the hour car ride to the orchard.
The kids loved being outside and loved picking the apples off the tree.
The trip was complete with...

a trolly-tractor ride accompanied by a man playing the banjo. Awesome!

Flannels and vests...
Lot's of apple pickin'.

Apple tastin'.

.

Some snugglin'.

Of course a little wrestlin'!
Some horse back ridin'.
Brave younger brother went first!

And big brother wasn't about to be shown up by his little bro. He braved it out and rode "Rocket" too.
He absolutely loved it!
And finally a family picture.
Phew, that was a lot of pictures.
Hope you've made it outside with your family and enjoyed the blessings of fall!

So cute! Your boys look big..and it's funny that Jace took his basketball. Confession: I may have made fun of Greg's vest when I saw him at church that morning. :) But in this context, he's rockin' it. Have fun making apple things!
